Mai Tai
The Mai Tai, as created by bartender and Oregon Bartenders Guild member, Blair Reynolds (aka Trader Tiki). This version of the rum filled, tropical cocktail is based on a recipe created in 1944 by Trader Vic. It's made with two kinds of rum, fresh lime juice, rock candy syrup and orgeat, a sweet almond-flavored syrup. The video was shot and produced by Home Video Studio Portland, at Clyde Common in Portland, OR for the OBG.
